Additional weeks may be reserved in the bunkhouse or main house, based on availability. Owners may elect to put unused weeks into the guest home rental pool and receive their portion of the income from operations. The equestrian business is separate from the real estate and will continue to operate via an operating agreement with the Shared Owners.
