Ranch Partners is a ranch real estate service group dedicated to serving the conservation minded ranch owner in their quest to invest, preserve and enjoy the western ranching heritage. We prefer to work with buyers and sellers who want to enjoy their ranch, while building value in their investment through recreation, conservation and active appreciation management. We understand that making a difference in our future is equally important to making money for ourselves.

Ranch Partners specializes in helping ranch buyers find their ideal farm, ranch or recreational property in the Colorado and Wyoming region. We maintain several databases of current listings, as well as extensive contact with ranch owners, lenders and marketers throughout the region.

Marcus Wiley is the principle owner of Ranch Partners LLC. He grew up in the foothills west of Denver. Marcus holds a BA in Natural Sciences from Colorado University, specializing in Geology and Geography. After a brief career in the Oil and Gas industry, he returned to school to obtain an MBA from Colorado University in Denver in 1992. It was then that he first became interested in real estate. Marcus went to work for one of the premier commercial real estate appraisers in the country, where he was given the opportunity to work with lenders, investors and real estate professionals on large real estate holdings, including farms and ranches. Marcus now has over 15 years of experience in real estate analysis, investment and management, and is a licensed real estate broker in the states of Colorado and Wyoming.

Marcus has spent the last several years developing Ranch Partners Real Estate, while traveling throughout the Rocky Mountain region working with ranch owners on private fishing leases, natural resource management, conservation easements and real estate sales. Spending time on beautiful Colorado ranches and working with the ranching community has been one of Marcus’ most rewarding experiences, both professionally and personally.

Marcus now lives in Ft Collins, Colorado with his beautiful wife and two precious daughters. He enjoys fly-fishing, hiking and camping throughout the Rocky Mountains.
